Building a camera rig is honestly one of the most rewarding things a filmmaker can do...its an extension of the way you film and every rig is unique.
We decided to put a video together with tips into building a rig and how and why we built ours like this.
Not only do they look insanely kick ass...but they add better stabilisation due to their wait, a better ergonomics to hold and control, and most importantly mounting points for wireless transmitters like the Hollyland Mars series, or even batter/power options and microphones etc.
Here is a bit of an, all you need video for any creator or filmmaker wanting to build their rig...and a ton of links to the parts we used.
