Booking your date requires a 50% booking fee. This booking fee, often referred to as a depsit in the industry, secures your booking, so I will 100% commit to your wedding date.

By booking, you agree to the Terms and Conditons set out below, a full document is availalbe for download below.

The balance is due 48 hours prior to the wedding date. (if you are doing a transfer please take into account the money would need to reflect 48 hours prior)

- No cash will be accepted on the day.

- No work will commence or be completed until the full payment is made.

No refunds/deposits will be paid back upon cancellation.

If you cancel within 4 weeks prior to the wedding date, the full amount/balance due is still required in full.

The removal of items from the agreed upon quote cannot be deducted, only additions are allowed. Please note that replacing one item with another is also not allowed.

All makeup and hair trials will be done at my offices (unless prior arrangement has been made).

- Trials are not available on Saturdays as these days are committed to weddings.

- Any changes or uncertainties must be stated and addressed before leaving the trial.

- Changes or uncertainties expressed after leaving the trial can not be dealt with and the client would need to book an additional trial.

- By leaving the trial you understand that you are 100% happy and any cancellations due to unsatisfactory work can not be addressed and the client will still be liable to pay the remaining balance of the booked day.

- When replicating styles/makeup/hair/images, the client understands that the look will never be identical as each persons hair, face ship, skin tone is different. If you are unhappy with the outcome of your chosen look, an additional charge will apply to try/change to another style.

- By booking a trial, it is the clients responsiblility to arrange a suitable date.

If no trial has been done, MakeUp and Hair By Michelle will not be held responsible on the day of the application for the look/work done.

MakeUp and Hair by Michelle will not be held responsible for unsatisfactory workmanship because of poor workspaces given on the day.

It is up to the client to ensure a WELL lit workstation, with a plug point in order to carry out neat and professional work. If this is not provided, MakeUp and Hair by Michelle will not be responsible for unsatisfactory workmanship.

A timetable will be given to the bride stating a start and finish time. If by any reason MakeUp and Hair by Michelle cannot complete the neccessary work in the time frame given, MakeUp and Hair by Michelle will not be held liable or responsible. (please sure you follow your timetable strictly)

By booking you give permission to MakeUp and Hair by Michelle to use all images such as before and afters for use on Social Media platforms, website etc.
